(1) Base
Our base boasts a large-span, heavy-duty design with guide rail specifications surpassing industry standards by 1.2 times, enhancing gravity distribution and processing capabilities. The short saddle overhang significantly boosts dynamic accuracy, while the innovative rear design of the Y-axis motor minimizes the distance between the operator and the table. This feature is perfect for handling upper and lower workpieces, greatly enhancing processing convenience as illustrated below.

(a) The herringbone column design offers superior stability and ease of maintenance compared to conventional single-column structures.
(b) Our mature herringbone structure bed incorporates a sophisticated gold protection and chip removal system, efficiently preventing water leakage caused by sheet metal installation.
(c) The robust use of high-strength screws fortifies the column's rigidity, eliminating vibrations during processing and ensuring stability in heavy-duty cutting tasks.
(d) The thickened shaft slint-bone structure greatly enhances bed rigidity, ensuring stable processing and extending the service life of the machine tool.
(3) Headstock
The headstock is optimally aligned with the column for maximum contact, combined with a short nose-end Taiwan spindle, elevating the chip-cutting prowess of our Taijing machine tools. Capable of performing diverse operations like drilling, milling, tapping, and boring with precision.
(4) Precision spindle with high precision, high performance and high stability
(a) Crafted in Taiwan, the spindle set utilizes a butterfly spring for tool retention, effectively securing the tool handle's pull nail through a four-jaw broach mechanism. This results in a seamless match with the main shaft's taper hole, ensuring reliable tool gripping.
(b) Powered by a low inertia spindle motor, this setup reduces acceleration time, elevating tapping speed and quality. The direct drive spindle is equipped with an orientation function for enhanced control.
