1. How to get a quote?
Kindly send us the drawings of your parts, specifying materials, surface treatments, tolerances, and quantities.
2. How does the payment process work?
We offer flexible payment terms and accept various payment methods such as T/T, Paypal, etc.
3. How do I know about the production?
We will reconfirm your requirements and provide samples before mass production begins. Throughout the production process, we will regularly update you on our progress until all parts are completed and inspected.
4. How do I know about the delivery?
Prior to shipment, we will discuss all details with you, including the CI and other attention points. Post-shipment, we will share the tracking number and provide continuous shipping updates.
5. What will you do for after-sales?
