1.There are three sets of punching units on each side which can install three kinds of drills with different siameters.three set of puching die-station can move altogether controled by CNC to change the punching stadia.
2.single-blade cuuting ensures smooth and saves material.
3.Marking unit adopt close frame with stronger rigitity. Marking stadia can be set at will .
4.CNC feeding trolly is drive by AC servo motor .The photoelectric encorder feeds back information.Closed loop controlto ensure high positioning precision.
5.Hydraulic system mainly is use to compele punching cutting marking press material and replace the character boxes.
6.The control system consists of a host computer ,CNC system,servo motor,PLC and detection switch etc. .Only to input the drawing workpeice, the processing program is automatically generated;
